LWE have been using Form Builder by Telsolutions to reach out to our debtors. Using this wonderful piece of kit we have developed bespoke forms to send by SMS and e-mail to encourage debtors to inform us of their circumstances and make payment arrangements. This has enabled us to identify and remove the vulnerable from the enforcement process and focus our attention on the debtors we should be.
