Return to Enforcement

We have this week (w/c 20th July) began a phased reconnection process with Business Rate and Business Improvement District Levy debtors for selected Councils. These have been SMS and E-mails to all debtors where we hold valid contact information. They have been made aware that enforcement will resume on the 24th August 2020 and have been given the opportunity to make contact with us to either notify us of any vulnerability, financial difficulties, to arrange payment or to settle the amount in full.
This will be followed up by a mail campaign tomorrow (23rd July). Our communication asks if they have been designated as clinically vulnerable and to inform us of this by sending us a copy of the letter they would have received from NHS England. All of our staff have received enhanced Health and Safety Training that relates to COVID-19 and the Enforcement Industry and our communications explain our processes and what to expect should it be necessary for an Enforcement Agent to visit them either at their residential dwelling or commercial premises.
Please e-mail us should you be interested in our processes or wish for further information at
